What exactly is an Esthetician?

An esthetician is your personal glow expert-a licensed skin therapist who helps you treat, heal, and love the skin you're in. From banishing breakouts to boosting your royal glow, estheticians combine hands-on treatments, powerful products, and real skin education to get you the results you deserve.

How do I know what Service I Should Book?

Great question! If you don't know what service you should book, start with our New Client Facial Special! During your appointment, you will have an in-depth consultation with your esthetician along with a hands on skin analysis. The skin analysis will help your esthetician determine what treatment you will be given based off your consultation as well.

Is Purchasing Skincare Products a Requirement?

It is NOT a requirement, but highly recommended to buy the product that your Esthetician recommends so you can get the healthy skin you want a little faster.

However, if you decide to do a Chemical Peel treatment, you MUST buy the Peel Prep regimen which is curated for your skin type and the type of peel that you will be getting done.

What are Your Reschedule/Cancellation/No Show Policies?

At Skin Made Royal, your time - and mine - is precious! To provide every client with the royal treatment they deserve, I kindly ask you to review and respect the following policies:

RESCHEDULE: Life happens! If you do need to reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 Hours before your scheduled time. You can reschedule easily through my booking link or by contacting me (Hannah) directly!

CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee based on the service you booked. This helps protect time reserved especially for you.

NO-SHOWS: Clients who miss their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the service cost. After one no-show, future appointments will require 75% of the total service to be prepaid.

Running Late? If you are running a bit behind, please let me know! You can reach me by text, email, or instagram dm. I will do my best to accommodate, but if you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled, and a late fee may apply.
